Terms and Conditions
When placing your order by paying the deposit (£300) on our secure online ordering system, please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

If you require an update on your order, please feel free to get in contact with a member of our team by either phone or email.
You can cancel your order up to 7 days after you have had delivery of your product in accordance with selling regulations. We are happy to accept returns on the basis that the product is still in its original packaging / wrapping and in the same condition it was delivered to you. All returning products are to be delivered / returned at your own cost. Return void: Installing and usage of tub / products, in any way you are granting acceptance of your order and therefore we cannot accept return, unless the product is faulty.
Faulty product: Please contact us immediately and we will be happy to sort/remedy any outstanding problems. Depending on the fault i.e., operational, or cosmetic will depend on the action being taken and this will be discussed with you fully to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
